WHITE absorbents are designed for oil spills only. They absorb hydraulic oils, motor oils, brake oils, cooking oils, turpentine and other petroleum-based products, including paints and other non-water-soluble chemicals. These products do not absorb water.

YELLOW in color, they absorb aggressive chemical fluids, citric acid, hydrofluoric acid, sodium hydroxide and other chemical fluids, and are treated with surfactants, so they contain no chemicals and will not react with chemically aggressive fluids.
